Farm Gala Schedule
Cocktail Hour - 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Dinner - Seating at 7:00 p.m. Service Starts at 7:30 p.m.

Signature summer time cocktails, served with a farm twist will be available for purchase from Fable Catering during the cocktail hour as well as during dinner. Bottles of wine can be pre-purchased as part of your ticket order with wine proceeds going to the Discovery Academy. Pre-ordered wine bottles are donated by Fable Catering.

With over 20 years of serving the community, Discovery Academy provides an alternative learning environment to help children reach their full capabilities. In September 2025, Discovery Academy is moving to a new location. The move will cost over $50,000. This event has a goal to raise over $10,000 for this move.

Silent Auction Donations
We are looking for donations of unique experiences, art and one-of-kind items for our silent auction fundraiser. Some examples already donated include, a private tour of a flower farm, horse grooming session, petting session with Highland cattle, art pieces, dinner gift cards and more. Dress Code - Formal/Western
No cowboy boots required, but if you have them, wear 'em. Please dress appropriate to an evening of fine dining, paired with the sites and sounds of a working farm. No one will be put to work, so dress in your best formal and/or western attire.

Bottles of wine can be pre-purchased as part of your ticket. 100% of the pre-purchased wine sales goes towards Discovery Academy. A cash bar will also be available during the event.
